New Destiny Family Success Center (NDFSC) was established as a grassroots initiative in 2005, partnering more than 75 community leaders, concerned citizens, and local government agencies interested in strengthening families and building an accessible network of support.
Pastor Carolyn McCombs serves as Executive Director of the New Destiny Family Success Center.
Its connections with nearly 50 local community based, government, educational, private and faith based agencies provides a rich referral network for free services in the community.

Vision of the Paterson Family Success Center is to: foster healthy families; reducing isolation, and building connections within families, between families, and in the community.
The Mission of the Paterson Family Success Center is to:
Outreach to the general population in the Greater Paterson Community offering services and support networks which address triggers leading to undesired or harmful behaviors within families, between families, and in the community.
Family Engagement and Support is the cornerstone of their mission.
Located in the heart of Paterson’s downtown historic district, New Destiny Family Success Center (NDFSC) is part of the revival of new life in the city’s renaissance. It serves as “home away from home” for hundreds of families in the community.
